Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) Physical Therapy was established in 1992 to serve the growing community of Rancho Santa Margarita and the surrounding South Orange County cities. Being the first Physical Therapy practice in RSM was important to us as our vision was to be your family’s Physical Therapist, just as you would have a personal primary care physician.
We have been blessed to serve multiple generations of families to decrease their pain and improve their function in a natural manner. Our philosophy is to help you avoid the time, expense, and side effects of drugs and surgery when indicated. If you do require surgery due to an injury, disease, or accident, we will guide you as quickly and painlessly as possible with your recovery.
Each client can expect a hands-on approach to their therapy and recovery. Treatment will include a comprehensive evaluation with a Physical Therapy diagnosis which will guide our rehabilitation to get you to your goals as quickly as possible. Excellent communication with you and your physician will help drive us to work as a team during your rehabilitation. We promise to listen to you and do our absolute best to get you results to resolve your pain before you consider prescriptive medicine, injections, or surgery.
