Stephanie’s professional journey into physical therapy seamlessly intertwines personal experiences with academic excellence. Armed with Bachelor’s degrees in Food Science & Human Nutrition and Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida, she embarked on a quest for deeper knowledge, earning a Master’s in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. Since obtaining her licensure as a Physical Therapist in California in 2005, Stephanie has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, cementing her commitment to her field.

Through the lens of rehabilitation and her own experiences with sports-related injuries sustained during her years playing club and high school sports she discovered an interest in anatomy and physiology, catalyzing her journey into physical therapy. This pivotal realization was further fueled by a transformative summer spent as a physical therapy aide, igniting her calling to heal and empower others.

Throughout her career, Stephanie’s hands-on expertise has been finely tuned via her certifications in athletic training and Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Her specialization in soft tissue work showcases her compassionate approach, blending technical proficiency with empathy to facilitate healing and recovery in her patients.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Stephanie is deeply rooted in family life, sharing 21 years of marriage with her husband and raising their teenage son. Her commitment to community extends to active involvement in volunteering, particularly with school-based programs such as the PTA and booster programs. In her leisure moments, Stephanie enjoys travelling both locally and abroad, and likes to unwind by watching a good crime series or documentary on Netflix.

Stephanie’s holistic dedication to healing and empowerment reverberates both within and beyond clinical confines, embodying the essence of her profession through her unwavering commitment to her patients and her community.
